How long until it ships?
This is a one-person shop. Plan on about one business day of work per box. A creator video can send a wave of orders and slow that down. Email the order number if a box has been quiet.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes. Customs tax may be due on delivery. Most box art is NTSC, with some PAL and Japanese art. Outside Canada, shipping is invoiced separately. Email with the subject “International Shipping – (Country Name)”.
Can I return a box?
Yes. Email with the subject “Order #### – Refund” before opening a card or PayPal dispute. The 1-year guarantee also replaces a Mini Box for any reason.
